Viktor: I never needed them. They have a medication
round
twice a day though.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Viktor: N/A
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Viktor: I never saw any drug abuse while locked up. On
New Years Eve in Chase County, a bunch of guys
made some hooch and got caught. The whole pod
was
locked down for a couple days.
