Interview with Viktor

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Viktor: I pretty much knew I was going to jail. I went to court on a probation violation, and they wouldn't reinstate my probation, so I was sent that day to serve 3 months.

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Viktor: no

JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Viktor: It went fast. The PO recommended jail, I gave a couple reasons against that, and the judge sentenced me.
